~Philosophy~
Language arts are basic to humanity and central to all learning. By mastering reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, students gain insight into themselves and others- while acquiring the accumulated history of our civilization. Language, skillfully used, is the single most important means of realizing the basic goals of education; to develop informed, thinking adults for the present, as well as for the future. Language arts provides a scaffolding knowledge for success in all content areas.
"energy is eternal delight."
~william blake~
"The limits of my language represent the limits of my world..."
