Did You Know that what you eat and when you eat can afffect your performance in school? Breakfast is essential. Skipping breakfast can compromise performance at school. Lack of fuel usually causes a lack of focus in school. Many teens begin skipping breakfast to manage their weight. However, if you are on a weight loss diet, you should know that skipping breakfast usually doesn't lead to weight loss. Don’t let your body and your mind miss out on the fuel it needs so that you can be successful in school! Eat a healthy breakfast every day!
